I know how it feels to want to look good for highschool, but let me just say that although in middle school people make fun of bigger girls, in highschool weight definetly doesn't matter much at all. So while its good that you waant to lose weight and be healthier, don't worry about getting made fun of in highschool, because unless you bring attention to your weight, noone really pays attention to it.

Well if you are as lazy as you say you are [I'm not being mean when I'm saying this, I'm just helping out], then you can first try some yoga and pilates. It isn't that big of a calorie/fat burner as other things, but you can tone/sculpt real easily with it and is a start for people who DON'T exercise. You don't have to be super flexible to do it [God know's I am one of the least flexible people on earth] and you don't have to be super athletic to do it. You just need to put your all in it, and with a lifestyle-changing nutritious diet, you should see the pounds come off quickly.
Do things you enjoy. I like to Ice Skate whenever I have the time/money to do it. It's fun, you don't have to be super good at it to burn the calories, and you sweat off the calories and don't even feel it.
May I suggest walking at a moderate pace or ride your bike 30 minutes 3x a week? Strength training helps with the metabolism, but cardio helps with overall fat.
Hope I helped =]

First, make sure you are eating the calories AND nutrients that your body needs. A lot of people have the misconception that they don't need to eat much to lose weight - this is NOT TRUE! You need to eat at least 1800 calories as a teen because your body is rapidly growing and developing and it needs those calories for energy along with all the nutrients those calories provide. Otherwise, if you are not eating enough, you actually slow your metabolism a great deal while not allowing your body to grow and develop properly.
Secondly, eating 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day can be very beneficial and healthy for you. So it's okay to have a snack, just do your best that it is nutritious. Drinking is another good thing to do, but if you are truly hungry, have a small nutritious snack.
Third, try to find exercises and activities that you enjoy. When you enjoy it, you are more likely to continue to do it.
Lastly, try thinking about this as a healthy lifestyle rather than just a diet. With a healthy lifestyle, you learn healthy habits that you can keep with you all your life so you don't have to go off and on diets. Find what works for you. Don't forget to check out the Resource Center for helpful ideas along the way too. The Fitness Resource Center has a lot of exercises that you may want to check out for some ideas.
