This will work if you work on healthy habits. It won't work if you don't work on healthy habits. When you focus on healthy habits, you will notice a lot of improvements along with weight loss. If you are already at a healthy weight though, you may not see much weight loss and you really shouldn't try to lose weight.

This is about a healthy lifestyle and creating healthy habits for yourself so that you don't have to diet off and on throughout your life. You won't fail if you continue to try and improve your health and habits. Plus there is plenty of support here on the message boards and in the teams!

How do I now if this is going to work? What If I'm doing It all wrong and three months go by and nothing happens. I just don't want this to fail.
