Since you were eating below your calorie range, your body is still adjusting to eating the proper amount. Right now it is likely storing the calories because it has been in starvation mode from before, so it is still thinking that it won't receive the proper amount of calories and nutrients. But don't give up, once your body realizes that it is receiving the proper amount and the longer you continue to give it what it needs, it will start to let the reserves go and you will start losing the weight. I know it is frustrating to see the gain at first, but that is only temporary while your body adjusts to getting what it needs. Keep working on your healthy habits and eating in the proper range and you will see results in many ways!

I started eating more because I want losing weight because I was way under my calories but in the past 2 weeks I gained 2 pounds in addition the 3 I gained before so I’m up 5 pounds I Have been doing a lot of exercise an I think I’m eating around the recommended calories but I keep gaining weight help me here. According to my BMI I am on the verge of being over weight help me please! I really want to lose 10 pounds to be healthy!
