Since you were eating below your calorie range, your body is still adjusting to eating the proper amount. Right now it is likely storing the calories because it has been in starvation mode from before, so it is still thinking that it won't receive the proper amount of calories and nutrients. But don't give up, once your body realizes that it is receiving the proper amount and the longer you continue to give it what it needs, it will start to let the reserves go and you will start losing the weight. I know it is frustrating to see the gain at first, but that is only temporary while your body adjusts to getting what it needs. Keep working on your healthy habits and eating in the proper range and you will see results in many ways!
