And to stay committed... think about this. Endure this, and get used to it for a few months.

Or live in regret and self loathing for the rest of your life. Or until you lose the pounds. It's not a fun choice. T_T

When I eat... I know this sounds weird, but after like the first two bites, I talk to myself inside my head, saying "Oh... I feel full now." even though the whole bowl is not done. When I'm done eating though, I usually feel "full"... then I go put the entry into Sparkteens... and usually, the calorie amount makes me stop. xD

Just taking a quick look at your food tracker, some of the foods you are eating aren't very filling so you will feel hungry soon after eating. Try eating more whole grains and proteins to help you feel fuller. Eating healthy isn't just about losing weight, it's about becoming a healthier person so you can enjoy life longer. i just see no point in this healthy eating...im an endless eating machine!!! and i cant control the hunger!!! when i eat something it doesnt matter how much or what!! it feels like i havnt eaten anything!!! i see no point in trying to eat healthy when it doesnt stay in my stomoch... ive lost 3 of the 18 lbs ive gained back...but its HARD!!!! to stay comitted... i need help....can someone help me?
