That is actually not healthy. Your body needs a minimum of 1800 calories a day and actually needs at least 2000 if you are active. Do your best to meet your minimum requirements. Otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto everything you give it and store it as fat reserves. Also, your metabolism will slow down a great deal.
