If you are going to weigh yourself, you should be weighing yourself no more than once a week. Your weight can fluctuate up to 5 pounds on any given day. There are many things that can affect the number on the scale. I would recommend that you don't use the scale as your only means of measuring your success/progress. Take notice in how you feel, how your clothes fit, how your fitness levels change, use a tape measure to actually take measurements, etc.
You say you are eating "pretty healthy" - are you eating enough calories and getting enough nutrients? Have you tried using the Nutrition Tracker to see where you are in regards to your nutrition? You should be eating at least 1800 calories each day, otherwise your body is feeling like it is starving, you slow your metabolism and it starts to hang onto everything that you put into it and that is usually stored as fat.
So make sure you are eating the proper nutrients AND calories - your body needs both to function and to grow and develop properly.
