You are already at a healthy bmi, so you might want to focus more on a healthy lifestyle - eating the right nutritious foods and getting plenty of exercise. Are you eating enough? The closer you get to your goal, the harder it will be to lose the weight. Especially when you are already at a healthy weight. As you exercise and eat right, your body changes its composition so things may be shifting. Try to not focus so much on the numbers, instead, focus more on being healthy and noticing how you feel and how your fitness levels improve. Your body is changing a lot as it is growing and developing, so that is also what is going on.

Also, I wanted to mention that a safe and healthy rate of weight loss for teens is no more than 1 pound a week. You also shouldn't be comparing yourself to others. Everyone's body is made differently and there are so many things that you can't change. You may want to take a look at A Teen's Guide to Weight and Body Confidence.

i didn't lose or gain any weight. my stomach has gotten 2 inches bigger(i skip my period ALOT-not bloated)and my hips 1/2 in. smaller.i've been exercising quite a bit.Do you think I'm not losing weight because I'm already kinda thin(19.3BMI) or I'm just not exercising enough?I've noticed other people lose 3lbs. a week and that's not me.
