Are you eating enough? SparkTeens gives you a calorie range that you should be eating in. Are you eating the minimum amount that is recommended?

Make sure that you:

1) Eat 6 small meals/snacks each day each consisting of 300-350 calories.
2) Focus on nutrition at each meal/snack - whole grains, fruits, veggies, low fat dairy, lean meats/nuts/beans.
3) Each meal and snack is a healthy balance of protein sources (lean meats/beans/nuts and low fat dairy) and carbohydrates (fruits, veggies and whole grains).

I'm 16 years old, and trying to loose 10 or 20 lbs. I try to stay on track and stick to nice healthy stuff fruits veggies ect. but no matter what, I'm always hungry, I can't seem to fill my hunger. I makes me miserable. all i think of is my rumbling stomach and how I'm hungry... but after eating i feel like i ate way to much and like i just blew my diet.

What do I do?
