I think you wrote down some really good things. I think you are on the right track. Get rid of them as soon as you can so you get rid of the temptation.

Because
- I want to wear a bikini by summer
- I want to get to 124 by the end of February
- I don't need that food, it's all in my head
- I've gone this far, why should I screw it up now?
- I won't remember the food, I'll just remember that I failed.

I'm seriously craving some cheese sticks right now and they're 200 calories each (more than I have in my calorie budget) and they'll be here in like 10 minutes. Uggg... I think I'm slowly talking myself out of it, though. Darn you, Pizza Hut, for having a minimum money limit! I wouldn't have bought them at all but I had to get the order above $10. Why did I do that? I'm so stupid!!! I'm going to quickly list some reasons why I don't want to eat them, and you are going to help me, ok?
