I think you wrote down some really good things. I think you are on the right track. Get rid of them as soon as you can so you get rid of the temptation.

I'm seriously craving some cheese sticks right now and they're 200 calories each (more than I have in my calorie budget) and they'll be here in like 10 minutes. Uggg... I think I'm slowly talking myself out of it, though. Darn you, Pizza Hut, for having a minimum money limit! I wouldn't have bought them at all but I had to get the order above $10. Why did I do that? I'm so stupid!!! I'm going to quickly list some reasons why I don't want to eat them, and you are going to help me, ok?
