Okay, well I'm starting to get back on track with the exercising. Just, right now I'm trying to get more calories. I only have about 1100 right now.. & I need 1800-2100. I've been doing good at getting it for most of the week. Just one day pretty much, where I was 200 under. But other than that I've had atleast 1800.

To help you increase your calories, take a look at Calorie Boosting Tips. If you are not eating enough, you are starving your body and slowing your metabolism down a great deal. So do your best to make sure you are in your calorie range.
As for the exercise, I completely understand about the cold. There are exercises you can do inside though. Take a look at some of the exercises, videos & articles in the Fitness Resource Center.
Also, here is an article with some suggestions of some things you can do for some workouts in your room: http://teens.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitness_articles.asp?id=629

I'm not always getting in my calorie goal. I try, but sometimes, I'm sure a few hundred calories. But the food I eat, is pretty nutritious. I can't always get around to eat 5 fruits/vegs a day, but I don't drink soda, and I try to stay away from starches & junk food, as much as possible. I think the big thing is just exercise. Especially the cardio. I don't have access to a gym, and it's been too cold lately to go outside, and the cold bothers my asthma. So I have to put music on and try and exercise for 30 minutes in my room.

It takes time to change our habits and to lose weight. Sometimes people will lose more weight at first, but then it slows down. This is normal. For a teen, a healthy weight loss is no more than 1 pound a week.
Are you eating in your calorie range that SparkTeens has given you? Are you eating nutritious foods? Is your goal realistic for your body?
Try some different exercises/activities. When you find something that you enjoy doing, you are more likely to continue to do it over time.
Also, don't forget to use other ways to measure your success. The scale is not the best way and shouldn't be the only way to measure your success. Try taking measurements, noticing how your clothes fit, how you feel, how your fitness levels improve, etc.
hang in there! I am the same way! I have to force myself to exercise and eat enough... In fact I didn't exercise today, but I needed to so bad! I've gained a pound! Ugggh! But trust me it will get better! The more you do something, the sooner it will become a habit! And even though it takes a while and a lot of hard work to form a habit, it is so worth it!!! What helps me alot is thinking of the end result... and how much better you will look and feel!! :) Well keep up the good work! 10 pounds is AWESOME!!!! :) xo, Wynne
