Try setting some smaller goals for yourself. Sometimes it can be helpful to work on smaller goals to help you reach your bigger goals. Also, don't forget about using SparkTeens as much as you want/need to for support! There are plenty of other teens here that are really supportive on the message boards and in the teams. Plus, there are a lot of articles in the Resource Center.
You shouldn't feel like you are starving. Are you eating nutritious foods and in your calorie range? Did your doctor give you any specifics of what you are allowed to do/not do?
