| OMG me too , i tried to go on my moms diet but it was really hard , it was a strict diet after 3 days i gave up! i have a problem with cookies and chocolate! i really want to do this diet i don't want to lose to much weight , i jsut want my stomach and arms to not be so flabby ! i want to fit into that bikini on the march break!

| Saying you 'forgot' diet and exercise is the problem - eating healthy and keeping fit should be easy to accept lifestyle changes, which you can increase step by step.

| I really am. I started fine, then i really slacked off and forgot all about my diet/exercise. and also i gained 2 pounds. 162 is not right for 5' 5" 17 year old girl. I need help bad. I just give in to temptation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IIII HATTEEE FOOODDDD...
