That is WAY TOO LOW and not healthy! You actually slow your metabolism and your body stores fat and loses muscle when you do that. So you definitely want to make sure to be eating a minimum of 1800 calories each day.
I checked your account and your Nutrition Tracker is set for the appropriate range of 1800-2150.

| I changed it down to 1000-1350 calories and I have talked to people on the site, so now I know thats not healthy. I want to change it back to 1800-2150.
