It doesn't sound safe or healthy in general because you are cutting certain things out of your diet for certain days and you really shouldn't do/don't need to do that. As a teen, your body has a much higher need for nutrients and calories to support the rapid growth and development and by doing that diet you are missing out on some of those necessary nutrients. Let alone, the menu doesn't sound appealing at all.
Also, a safe and healthy weight rate of weight loss for a teen is an average of 1 pound a week, while it is an average of 2 pounds a week for an adult.
You may want to take a look at http://teens.sparkpeople.com/resource/nutrition_articles.asp?id=395 to know ways to spot a fad diet. I would not recommend that diet to anyone, a teen or an adult, but especially not a teen.

I have a hard time losing weight. so my friend told me to do this diet.. her dad did it too and he lost 10 pounds in a week. and sehe said it is totally safe and healthy. i am wondering if it is true.. safe and healthy? Check this website out.. it tells u wat u have to eat for 7 days. Please please tell me if it is ok for me to do it.
