How exciting!

The nutrition doesn't change or any of that. In stage 2, you will work on learning more healthy habits.

This week I will be nearing the mark to change from Stage one to Stage two, but tomorrow I need to go food shopping so I was wondering if the meals or recipes or options for Nutrition change that much.
