Welcome to SparkTeens! Are you sure you have been eating the proper amount of calories and nutrients? Doing the proper amount of exercise? Sometimes you may think that you are doing all the right things, but until you track, you may not realize that you are actually under estimating or over estimating.
This site helps you with the use of the tracking tools, but ultimately it is up to you to work out, eat properly, drink your water, etc. There are many helpful articles in the Resource Center as well. The message boards and the SparkTeams are a great place to talk to other teens and to give/receive support too.

i just started using this, and either i dont know how to use it at all, or its not working at all. It doesn't seem like the site is good at helping me lose weight, just tracking my calories and workouts. I've been doing all of its "recomendations" for months and i haven't lost one pound, infact i have gained pounds. Can someone tell me if the site will tell me more of what to do to lose weight?
