You may need to contact your email provider or switch to another email address using yahoo, hotmail or gmail. Unfortunately some providers will randomly block our emails because we send out so many emails.

im not getting the e-mails i signed up for...so im not gettin my spark points....n i already checked my junk mail and spam AND added the mailer@sparkpeople to my address books..... please help
