I had the same question. How do you track when you have completed an action step? On the SparkPoints page it says complete action step, then "go to now" and when I press it takes me to my homepage. Is this supposed to happen, do I have to wait until the week is over to move onto to the next action step? Thanks.

The action steps that are referred to are 1) Control Portions, 2) Eat the Right Stuff, 3) Exercise Consistently, 4) Drink Water, 5) Eat on Purpose, 6) Find Unexpected Opportunities. Those are all listed on your Healthy Diet Habits Overview with explanations next to each one with a clickable button.
