| I live in California and this site seems to be in the eastern time zone, so when i come on at night to post what i had eaten for dinner, it says that it is already the next day and it makes it looks like i didnt eat dinner. Is there a way to make it so that my account runs on pacific standard time?

| Hi I'm running into a slight problem of not being able to access my profile for my posts on the message boards. I know that at one point I was able to click "My Profile" and edit some changes but I can't seem to find that button...I also am having the same problem of being able to change my weight...Thanks for your help!

Great question! It is always a good idea to keep your metabolism guessing by varying your intake just slightly from day to day. If you aim for the lower end on average and then every few days hit the upper end that helps keep your body guessing and helps your metabolism. When you add some walking and exercise on top that just helps even more.

| Hii, my daily goal for calories is between 1800-2125 I think, but Im pretty sedentary, I don't excercise(trying to change that :S) and I just wanted to Know does that mean I should aim for the lower number (1800)? Thanks!

| You can reset whenever you'd like. If you want to reset you can click on Account/Email Preferences on the upper left of your Start page, then click Reset, then set up a new program.
