Take a look at the Getting Started Guide: http://teens.sparkpeople.com/myspark/get_started.asp. I'm sure you will get a better understanding of the site with that. Also, at the top of the page, there is a help button that has a lot of frequently asked questions that may help you as well.
If you need to adjust your time zone:
1. Click the "Account/Email Preferences" link, located at the upper left of your Start page, under your username. 2. At the bottom of the page set your current local time and click Save.

Spark teens is cool, but I'm really confused. I signed up as the wrong thing and the clock is different! I don't know what to do! I really needed motivation but I'm just spending to much time trying to figure this site out! PLEASE HELP ME!
