Please be patient in waiting for a response. As for your question, when you are in your team page, you can create a new topic and post it. After your topic has been posted, you will see your message and you can scroll up the page, just above your message and you will see some options to make it a sticky topic. You can make it a 1st, 2nd or 3rd sticky topic. Click on the appropriate sticky topic link and it will make that thread sticky. You get up to 3 sticky topics per each forum in your team.
