Okay so I've been wondering. I did tennis on Monday, and walked for a hour, and played some basket ball with one of my brothers in the back yard... But I forgot to mark it. Then yesterday, I watched some kids for seven or eight hours.... And not those sit around playing boardgames kind of kids... No a energetic three year old, and a just as energetic eight year old. And forgot to mark that as well...
SO my question is. I know I can go back and mark the food I ate say yesterday, or last week even. (If I remember) But I can't seam mark the exercise I did yesterday, is there a way to do it that I'm missing?
