You can enter your fitness info for previous days by going to your Fitness Tracker and either clicking on the arrow to the left or by clicking on the calendar icon to choose the correct date that you want to track. Then once you are on that date, you can track your fitness info.

Okay so I've been wondering. I did tennis on Monday, and walked for a hour, and played some basket ball with one of my brothers in the back yard... But I forgot to mark it. Then yesterday, I watched some kids for seven or eight hours.... And not those sit around playing boardgames kind of kids... No a energetic three year old, and a just as energetic eight year old. And forgot to mark that as well...


SO my question is. I know I can go back and mark the food I ate say yesterday, or last week even. (If I remember) But I can't seam mark the exercise I did yesterday, is there a way to do it that I'm missing?
