I'm not sure what you have been doing, but it is always a good idea to aim for a wide variety of foods (instead of the same old thing day in and day out) from every basic food group. Try new fruits and vegetables, ethnic cuisines, and a wide range of lean proteins, including non-meat sources like tofu and legumes. All (or most) of your grains should come from whole, unrefined foods like whole-wheat breads and pasta, and brown rice. Also, you want to change your exercise routine ever 4-6 weeks. Your body gets used to doing the same thing and can get efficient at doing it so it will burn less calories. So you want to vary the resistance, do other various exercises to change it up.
Are you eating within your calorie range? Eating at least the minimum amount? Drinking your water and getting enough exercise?
