Hi Johanna, I had the tech guys check it out and there was some type of problem there but it should be fixed now. Go ahead and try it again. If it doesn't work, let me know.

That's what I've been doing, I could go forward a stage fine, but when I want to click back to go backwards a stage (from healty diet to fast break) it won't let me, some sort of technical hitch maybe? Or are you just not allowed to go backwards?

Hi Johanna, on your start page on the lower left corner there is an area for your diet stages along with a link to "switch diet stage." You will need to click that and then you can change your diet stage.

How do you switch back to an earlier stage? Every time I try it just sends me to my start page and doesn't change anything.
