Yes. Heres an overview. The MY TOOLS section is the main thing on this sight to help you lose wieght or maintain a healthy lifestille or just live better. The first thing you wana look at is the MY NUTRITION section under my tools. Here you can track the food you eat and your calorie intake everyday. explore it and find out what options you have, but you have to be dilligent when it comes to this. The next section is the MY FITNESS under the my tools. Here you can track your strength exersizes and cardio. You also have many options here, explore it and figure things out. The next section is the OTHER GOALS under the my tools. It comes in alot of handy in getting your life in right order. This is a fairly simple area and very useful. Those are the three things you want to concentrate on for now. As you learn more and more it gets very intresting. So have fun explore the site and good luck!

I just joined this site and there's a lot of things to go over. I know I'm supposed to focus on my three small goals for like the next two weeks, but am I supposed to do anything else?
