i might be challenged but i cant even find the heading diet stage..

If you go to your start page, it is towards the bottom of the page on the left-hand side under the heading of Diet Stage. You can click on the overview of the stage you are in and at the bottom you can get your SparkPoints by clicking on the icon to get sparkpoints. Also, if you click on the steps toward the bottom, the action steps are listed for the diet stage you are in.
