| Dont worry about stretch marks!! They're battle wounds! my bf and i both have them, and they just remind us how far we've come! it does help, though, that i'm with someone who has the same problem, he understands completely. anywho, no biggie... we all got 'em.

| wow stretch mark i have some and i use Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula it diminishes the appearance of them but u have to use it constantly wen i lost weight my breasts did get smaller and when i gained weight they got bigger. so yea

Weight loss won't necessarily lessen the appearance of stretch marks. However, they do fade over time and using moisturizer can help them, but will not make them go away.
Your breasts may get smaller as you lose weight. That happens for most females but it is hard to say what will happen exactly since every person is different and each body changes differently.
On your last 2 questions, no- it most likely won't but it may help some. Some people naturally get rosy cheeks when they exercise or overheated and there really isn't much you can do about that. As for keratosis pilaris, that is a skin condition and you should talk to your doctor more about that.

Will losing weight help lessen the appearance of stretch marks??
Also will your breasts get smaller when you lose weight and if so will they still be in proportion?
Will losing weight lessen the redness of your cheeks when you exercise?
Will losing weight and getting healthy improve the appearance of keratosis pilaris??
