If you are using the meal plans, there is not a way to remove a food, but by not checking it off, that won't be counted in your total.

| about the banana thing i believe so, in fact a apple is healthier than a banana. i think to point is just to help u eat a little healthier. as for me i am doing a very little carb diet, so i am basically here for support to stick to it

...and I'm totally lost. I think this is a great website, and I need to keep my lifestyle healthy, but I'm just so confused! Any thoughts to clear up my confusedness? :)
One of the questions I have regards the suggested meals a day...is there any way to customize it? Like, lets say they tell me to have oatmeal and a banana, but I don't want a banana. I want an apple. Can I somehow switch that out?
Any other info you'd have for me would be GREAT. Even if it's something I should/do know, just tell me...'cause I need all the help I can get:)
