| I found that eating healthy really makes a BIG difference. I mean, I went thru the whole season of playing basketball, not paying attention to eating healthy and stuff, and even tho i was really active with basketball, i gained some weight! Now that I started soccer, I decided to really start eating pretty much all natural foods, and I already notice a big difference. I'd say just eat as healthy as is really possible with your lifestyle. Exercise is important, but eating healthy is just as important :) I hope that helped a little?

Yes that is me, and thank you for the compliment.^^
I want to be toned though, and that isn't happening. It's not so much losing weight as it is making the muscle noticeable.

I've been strrength training for two months and been doing cardio for about two weeks now but I see no change in my appearance. I feel the difference definately, but my tummy and hips don't look any different than they did when I started. I don't eat terribly, except for at school where the only edible things are hot pockets and burritos. I do control my portions at dinner and breakfast.
Should I try and eat more healthy foods? Do I need more cardio?
(the workouts I am doing are: 15 minute abs, Butt Blasting, Pilates Abs, Pilates hips glutes and things and the Jump Start cardio all by coach Nicole.)
