Do your best to stay away from the junk food as much as possible. There are plenty of healthy options out there. Talk to your parents about not buying junk foods or at least have them hide it so you don't eat it.

You just have to get back on the healthy track. Remind yourself of your goals. Find something that you can see each day that will help you see your goal each day. That can help with motivation. Also, remind yourself how good you feel/felt when you eat healthier foods. I know I always feel better in general when I eat healthier foods.

Don't forget to check out the Nutrition Resource Center too! There are a lot of helpful articles in there as well.

You can do this!
