| lol you can't lose weight probably becuase you don't need too lol but for real i think you keep that little bit of fat on your belly cuz your body thinks it needs it with all those sports you do

| Yeah you definately need to up the calorie intake, especially with that amount of physical activity.

haah first of all your doing almost everything right (Y) so good job! :) and second there's only like 2 thing your doing wrong. first is that you need to snack so your body doesn't go into starvation cause if it does the next thing you eat will be stored and not digested, try to have 6 even meals a day every 2-3 hours. also change up your meal plans, don't stick with the same meal plan everyday cause your metabolisim will get used to it and digest it really fast making you hungry faster if u make those 2 adjustments you should lose that 2 pounds :) (Y) good luck!

| I am 16, 5'4", 132pounds, i want to lose only 2pounds, the belly fat. I am in cross country running, nordic skiing, and softball, everyday after softball i run for 30min. and do 10min of abs then other streches and exercises. For breakfast i eat multi grain cherrios and a fruit, lunch a spinach and carrot salad with green beans or a green pepper and grapes, i dont snack because i am so desperate to lose the 2pounds! i drink tons of water as well! WHY CANT I LOST WEIGHT!?please somebody help me!
