Set it as a goal, and even if you don't hit it, you'll still have improved you time a lot. :)
Just don't get down if you don't get it. You can always set a new goal after those 6 months.

hey , i am a pretty fit person but i am looking to get to that "next level" in fitness. so far I'm training for a 7 km race and i can only run this in 30 minutes . i know that this is pretty good but i want to be the best! i always do , and now i want a time of 22-24 minutes for 7 km so i can know that ill get first
is this to much for me? i have 6 months to do this and i have been training like a mad man and eating nothing but healthy foods for so long
