BMI charts are slightly different for teens and children. So it is 24. But keep in mind that BMI is only a guideline. It is a quick and easy way to determine if your weight is appropriate for your height. It’s just a general measure (and isn’t always accurate for everyone), but can give you an idea of where you are so that you know where you need to go. It is not very accurate for people less than five feet tall or people who have a lot of muscle mass.

Okay so every site I've heard says a healthy BMI is under 25. I'm under 25. On this site, however, it says under 24. To be healthy, I'd have to lose an additional 4 pounds. My goal is to lose more way more than that but I thought I was at least in the healthy zone...

so which is it?? BMI under 24 or 25?
