keep it up! you're doing amazing at this. you can let a bunch of fabric make you want to quit. this program is about more than that dress. this is about you being a healthy and confident person. i know you can do this. and maybe you'll fit into that dress by graduation!

Keep working on healthy goals (eating the proper nutrition and doing exercise *cardio & strength training* 3-5 days a week 30-60 minutes each day) and you will see a better, healthier body that will fit into a nice dress. I know many people want to lose the weight fast, but that is not safe, healthy or realistic. But just know that the longer you continue with your healthy habits, you will see a difference in how you feel and how your body looks!

and it did not fit. It was so cute too! it was a size 14. i want to sulk. i wish the weight would come off faster. its not like i am not trying. at the gym on the eleptical (sorry if i spelt that wrong) for 1 mile. Then i went on the bicycling for a mile and a quarter.
