Thanks guys! I felt awful all day and started eating stuff like yogurt and my stomach felt a little more at ease. I ended up going out to dinner with my boyfriend and felt fine =) I ate soup and breadsticks, it was still good though lol.
I hate what it does to me lol. But thanks for the advice =)

You have been given some great advice here! If you continue to have this happen, I would recommend that you talk to your doctor about it and see if there is something that they could do to help you.

| Yeah, I've never really been in this kind of situation. I usually lose my appetite during my time of month as well. Drink a lot of water instead but don't stop eating! I wouldn't recommend pasta, try soft foods like yogurt, baked potatoes, soup, fruits/veg etc. Something that wouldn't be so heavy on your stomach and really low in fat! Try to stay active too, don't stay in bed for any longer because your mind will only focus on the pain and it will continue to hurt. Feel better hun!

So its that time of the month right now and I am miserable.
I have been in bed all day, the cramps are awful. I haven't exercised but I tried eating but I just cant. I ate a light pasta and instantly just threw it all up. I'm trying to eat but everytime I do i just get nautious.
This happens everytime of the month. Its my boyfriend and I's anniversary tonight and he wants to go out to eat, hes really excited about it so I'm going to try and go. So is there anything light that will be easy on my stomach?
Also, does this happen to anyone else? My friends dont go through the same things
