Well, it depends. First of all, where are the extra calories coming from? Emotional eating? Not getting full? Boredom? High calorie foos?

Umm..I would just suggest to watch your calorie intake and the foods that are eaten. lol, try to eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies, usually makes you feel fuller.

I'm extremely discouraged right now. Ok, for like the past few days. These are my calorie intakes for this week:
1,800 3,429 2,324 3,165 2,287 2,305
And UGH, they just seem so horrible. T_T Can anyone give me on any tips to stay within my calorie range (1800). Any help will be appreciated. :] Just need a little boost... Iunno from where though. @.@
