I want to get down to 120, and basically just get healthy, fit, and drastically improve my dancing skills.
For workouts I like dancing around my room, jumping on my trampoline, walking on the treadmill while watching tv, walking around outside, etc.

good i always can use some one to help keep me on track im tryin to reach my goal by summer so i can look and feel great i need to up my confidence. so what r some of ur goals and are there any good workouts you do that you would recomend? thanx again court
