| Your day consists of 48 30 minute periods. I am sure that you can sacrifice one of these periods in order to exercise.

| i have a jammed schedule too, so i work out at night. i usually shower right after i'm done, which is about 9:00 pm.

I would recommend that you fit it in where you can. You can break it up into several 10 minute sessions throughout the day. Example - 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes in the afternoon and then take a homework break and do another 10 minutes. It does all add up.

| so ive def been slacking in the working out department. and i dont really have control of the food i eat (dinnerwise anyways) but i don't have time! i'm in the I.B. program at my school, so i have homework everyday (i can totally handle it though.) and then chores, and chillin w/friends, and i shower before 6 p.m. i just dont have time to excercise! does anyone have any tips to help me? please?
