I'm new here.
I'm confuzed about it all.
and stressed.

I was like fine about my weight.
I'm an english dress size 12 (american 8) which is medium and i was happily buzzing along like a beeeeeee with my best friend at my side who was the same dress size- then the bomb dropped.
my best friend started dieting.
and she's lost tonnes of weight and dropped a dress size and weighs loads less than me now
so basically i'm really upset/depressed/confuzed about it all and my mum suggested to me "getting fit" today which really put a downer on it all.
So basically i'm around 11 and a half stone and i'm 5"7 and i'm looking to be around 10 stone 3 pounds
so i need to loose around 20 pounds-ish?

so basiclaly, i need to be motivated so is there anyone willing to like be my weight loss buddy or whatever?
or something?
i need someone to inspire me to lose weight because i've reached the point i can't do it on my own.
please, help me? :S x
