I've found that when thinking about losing weight, you have to make hard decisions between what you want more. I think that if you're really worried about making a change, you could first limit the days you let yourself have pizza.

then, after a while, make it only one day a week. take baby steps because big ones can make you feel overwhelmed, deprived, and unhappy at the time.

for example, i hadn't had chocolate in a long time and then i broke down and ate 12 snackwell cookies..not cool. so don't take things completely away...very SLOWLY and thoughtfully work them out.

And also...pick the veggies that you DO like. as far as healthier food, you can take baby steps there as well. try finding lowfat and fatfree versions of some of the not-so-great things you're eating right now in order to eventually work them OUT of your intake.

Just my take on it.

Its kind of hard to eat healthy at school I had that problem too until I started bringing my lunch from home. I would definitly try to get your parents to buy healthier foods that you like so you don't get stuck at home or school with bad ones!

Some things I buy are lean cuisines ( may seem gross but most are actually reall good and there are plenty to choose from )
As for snacks I buy the big packs of baked chips which are about 100 calories per pack. Also I get the other 100 calorie packs like chocolate chip cookies, oreos, cheez its, etc. Also fruit! its great because I can snack on that all day and it still won't be as many calories as eating regular chips or pizza.

And for the cravings at night is probably because you don't eat much during the day. Make sure you eat breakfast at least a light one, then a snack, lunch, snack, and then dinner. That way you won't be craving as much food since your eating throughout the day.

Good luck!

Yes, use the BMI calculator as a general guideline for a healthy weight for your body.

Try asking your parents to buy some healthier foods for you. Since you don't like most vegetables, you can try drinking V8 or V8 Fusion.

Well for the eating late at night, I completely understand, lol! That is the toughest part... try to drink alot of water, and if you HAVE to have something grab something like a glass of milk or some gum...
It's also good to go to bed a little ealier so that way your mind won't be on food!
Errm about your body weight I am not exactly sure the exact weight but you can check by using a BMI measurement...
Anywho lol I am going to disappear now! Good luck!

OKay so I'm 5'4" and i weigh at 185.. At school i eat a piece of pizza and a Fitness water. At home, late at night especially, i get huge cravings for snacks. What i mean by snacks are like cookies and chocolate. I don't have alot of healthy foods at my house, or at school. How do i get into healthy foods? I also don't like many vegetables. Big problem! One question i have is, what weight should i be at? I know I'm not suppose to be at 185.
