| I'm not trying to be mean, but maybe I should bring up the fact 'ROCK' songs were asked for. The Jonas Brothers? Britney Spears? I don't think so. I respect your opinions, so don't take this the wrong way.

Hi Everyone!
Well... um..Can't really give a song, since some of the songs I like are japanese... But, they can make even a goth get moving when they learn the english lyrics. The tempo's are fast, background music are dramatic... The songs are long, they're like..uhm... 5 to 7 minutes or maybe 10 at maximum. There are time intervals that let you have a break for some 20 to 30 seconds, enough for one to catch their breath and continue on with intense work outs. Well, that's what "I" like... I'm not sure if everyone will like it... The band is called "ALI Project" and the song's name "Gesshoku Grand Guignol", just search it in Limewire or websites.
It's best to give an opinion rather than to recommend some songs for one to work out on... And hey, I don't even know the bands that everyone posted here. (LOL! I don't live under a rock, I just don't know them) Just my opinion, I hope nobody gets hurt with this statement of mine...
HAVE A NICE DAY EVERYONE!!!!
