To me small goals are the key. Some that I managed to accomplish are these
-Drinking 4-6 bottles of water a day ( or as many as i can ) and then rewarding myself by the time weekend comes with diet soda. I get cravings for it all week so it helps lol.
-Keep track of your eating and exercising in a journal to track progress. It may seem a bit weird but once you start doing it and keep it up it really helps motivate you.
-Set a reasonable goal weight each week and try to work towards it, when you see that you reached your goal or even more ites pretty exciting.
-Keep track of your weight! Preferably with a digital scale. Once you see results it makes you want to keep going.

| It seems like the more i try.... the more i fail. i cant seem to stay on track!!!!! I need to loose this weight.... I NEED this. anyone have any advice?
