I saw your post, and I'm pretty sure that's not the best way to loose weight. Its unhealthy to only have that many calories. Thanks anyways though.

So im 5ft 9in. and 159ish lbs. I wanna be down to 144 by May. Im a boredom eater and need help to figure out what I can eat that would also help me lose weight. Anyone know?
