I'm actually sick today. It's good in the way that I'm too sickly to eat much. But bad in the sense that I can't exert myself to work out. I'll be back on my feet in no time I'm sure. Thank you :D

Hi Kariann, take this as a lesson learned. Maybe you can write down how you felt afterwards as a reminder for the next time to watch your portions. It's ok to indulge from time to time, just so it is not all the time.

Hey all. I just got back from Olive Garden. and one soup led to one and a half and 1 breadstick led to 3... I just feel so bloated and don't know what to do now!! I want to work out but it's at a point right now that I feel like... so bloated that I can barely suck in my stomach and I'm just in a bad mood from the week I've been having and really need something... i don't know what.
Please help if you can.
