Cardio is the best way to lose fat overall. So I would recommend that you do cardio 3-5 days a week. Here are some articles from the Resource Center that may help:

Im 5,7,and will soon be 16 in june(June 2nd) and i really want to feel comfortable in a bathing suit. My stomach and a bit on my back is a major problem area. I dont know what to do. And whats weird is those are the only problem areas. I have been trying to eat right and excersize. I dont know what else i can do! If anyone has any advice please please let me know!
