| ahh i feel the same way! during lacrosse i feel so inshape then blahh. now getting inshape for it is hard since i havent ran as much as i should have.

i hate how after my lacrosse season is over i just gain all my weight back. i am not getting up and going to the gym type person. I need to know some good home work outs if you now any let me know. thanks
