If you're hungry all the time I recommend mini-meals throughout the day. Just remember to keep them healthy! (:
As for exercising, playing tennis, soccer, racing your friend to the bus-stop, et cetera all can help. Find what you like best.

A healthy weight loss for a teen is no more than 1 pound a week. If you are only eating chef salads and cereal, you are not eating enough. Your body is growing and developing and it has more energy and nutrient needs at this time. So please make sure you are eating enough for your body's needs - which means a minimum of 1800 calories a day.

As for exercises, there are plenty of things you can do. What is fun for one person is not for another. Try doing different exercises and activities to see what you enjoy. I would recommend that you check out the Resource Center for some ideas.

Focus more on gaining healthy habits and the rest will follow.

Hello people. Im Olivia and im 5ft tall and i weight about 135 lbs. im trying to loose 10-20 pounds but im always hungrey and excersizing is boring.
I eat mainly chef salads at my school and a bowl of cereal for breakfast. I'm trying to loose weight by march becuz im gonig somewhere and i'll be wearing a two peice swim suit. Can anyone think of fun excersizes i can do to help me loose weight kinda quickly and excersizes that i can do that will fit in my busy scedual ?
