If you're hungry all the time I recommend mini-meals throughout the day. Just remember to keep them healthy! (: As for exercising, playing tennis, soccer, racing your friend to the bus-stop, et cetera all can help. Find what you like best.

Hello people. Im Olivia and im 5ft tall and i weight about 135 lbs. im trying to loose 10-20 pounds but im always hungrey and excersizing is boring. I eat mainly chef salads at my school and a bowl of cereal for breakfast. I'm trying to loose weight by march becuz im gonig somewhere and i'll be wearing a two peice swim suit. Can anyone think of fun excersizes i can do to help me loose weight kinda quickly and excersizes that i can do that will fit in my busy scedual ?
