It's really hard to gain weight when I only like healthy foods. No real junk in my diet. I started losing weight when I cut out junk food, soda and fast food. I lost a little too much 15 to 20 pounds. Now I need to put some of it back on. I'm finding it hard to eat enough food to put on the weight, because everything I eat is so low in calories I have to eat a lot.
