That happens to quite a few people actually - they go hardcore right out the gate and then they get burned out and have a hard time to keep going forward like that. Try easing into this slowly. Set some smaller goals for yourself and work on those for a while. You don't have to do everything perfect and you don't have to do everything perfect all at once. It takes time to change our habits.

so past couple weeks i was doing awesome i was working out like hardcore drinking water cut down on soda..and now im just not inspired to continue..i am back to drinking more soda than i should..altho i do work out i don't feel like working out.
anyone please :( im in need of a little help
