Whenever I weigh myself and I get a result that I did not want, I sit there and "meditate"-- What did I do this week that was so bad? And, usually I won't be able to think of anything.
Even though I got a bad result, I know in my heart that I'm doing what's right for my body. And, if I continue with treating my body this way, weight loss is inevitable. It may come slower than expected, but I'm OK with that. Give it a while to catch on. Maybe you just have to get in the zone. :)

Your body is growing and developing so don't be scared of the lack of results. Your body is changing so try to not get too down on yourself if you don't see changes at certain times. As long as you are eating healthy and nutrient foods, meeting your calorie goals and getting plenty of exercise, you will see results.
You are right, that making exercise and eating fun, will help you through this process! Don't forget to check out the Resource Center for some helpful tips and ideas along the way too.

| My weight has gone up loads but i think it is because i have grown. I just try to think of how much better i am gonna feel and how much more confident i will be. You could try to make the exersize and eating more fun so that you are less tempted to give up.
